Daniel Metz, P.E. – Mr. Metz, founder of Metz & Associates, has been involved in the design, analysis and detailing of steel and concrete bridges since 1983. Mr. Metz also has significant experience in the design of sheet pile walls, sign structures and other transportation structures. He is involved in the design, review or quality control (QC) of every company project, also serving as the project manager on many. Mr. Metz has worked in partnership with FDOT throughout the state as well as with various local agencies. He also has considerable experience working with consultants, contractors, developers, precasters and fabricators.
Randy Miner, P.E. – Mr. Miner, Senior Structural Engineer, has been a structural design engineer since 1995 and currently serves as lead bridge designer/project engineer on most company projects. His experience includes the design of concrete and steel bridges, as well as the design and detailing of concrete and steel sheet pile walls, box culverts, sign structures and signal structures. He is responsible for managing in-house design and preparation of construction plans for all bridge projects.
Thomas Rogers, P.E. – Mr. Rogers, Senior Structural Engineer, has an extensive background in the structural design, analysis and preparation of construction plans for various building types. He is responsible for the firms Building Design Division. Since 1985, Mr. Rogers has worked on residential, commercial, industrial, medical, institutional, parking, and renovation projects throughout the country. He has considerable knowledge in many of the available building materials, structural systems, and foundation systems. He is a certified Florida Threshold (Special) Inspector. Mr. Rogers has acquired extensive experience working with architectural and engineering consultants, contractors and developers.
